At Jenny’s Cook Nook, kids participate in hands-on cooking activities using real kitchen tools, including knives, stovetops, ovens, and other standard kitchen equipment. Safety is a top priority. Children are closely supervised, instructed in proper tool use, and guided step-by-step throughout each class.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation in cooking activities involves inherent risks. While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, Jenny’s Cook Nook is not responsible for injuries that may occur during class participation.
Parents/guardians are responsible for determining whether this class is appropriate for their child.
Parents/guardians must disclose all food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate allergies, Jenny’s Cook Nook cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation is at your own risk.
If your child has a severe allergy, please contact us before registering to discuss suitability.
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, students are expected to follow instructions, respect classmates, and use kitchen tools responsibly. If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive, they may be removed from the activity without a refund.
Jenny’s Cook Nook operates as a small, home-based educational business. Classes are held in a private residence and are offered by advance registration only. There are no walk-in services or public retail operations.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of class are non-refundable.
If your child is ill or there is an emergency, please reach out. We will do our best to offer a reschedule, when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Your child’s spot is not reserved until payment is received in full. Space is limited and enrollment is confirmed on a first-paid basis.
From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during class for promotional purposes (website or social media). If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing before class.
